Ellen Degeneres and Portia di rossi’s wedding album in People magazine cover

Ellen Degeneres, 50, and Portia di Rossi, 35, were married in a small ceremony over the weekend at their Beverly Hills estate. The lovely couple may have pared down their guest list to just 19 close friends and family, but they don’t mind sharing the details and photos with the public. Ellen and Portia’s wedding album and an exclusive interview will be featured in People Magazine’s upcoming issue, out Friday in the US. I believe it’s the first time a same sex marriage will be on the cover of People:

Saturday evening was full of love, laughter, and a few tears for Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, who exchanged personal wedding vows in front of their closest family and friends at their home in L.A.

In an exclusive interview and photos, DeGeneres, 50, and de Rossi, 35, share the most romantic moments of the night with PEOPLE.

“What can I say? I’m the luckiest girl in the world,” says DeGeneres. “She’s officially off the market. No one else gets her. And now she’ll cook and clean for me.”

Amid candles and flowers by Mark’s Garden, both brides, wearing designs by Zac Posen, sat on floor pillows along with author Wayne Dyer, who officiated the ceremony.

After exchanging Neil Lane rings, the couple and their guests sat down for an all-vegan menu prepared by their personal chef David Silberkleit while Sweet Lady Jane created a vegan red velvet cake for the celebration.

“The love we felt from the people surrounding us, and the love we have for each other, made this the most beautiful and emotional day,” says de Rossi. “And one that we’ll never forget.”

You can see from the photo on the cover that Portia’s dress had a white bodice and a pale pink tulle skirt. It looks prettier than it did in the blurry faraway photos that were out earlier. Her dress also goes well with Ellen’s suit, as the v-neck looks similar to the vest that Ellen is wearing. I can’t wait to see these photos and am glad to see People covering the event.

I really like these two and it makes me smile to see how happy they were at their wedding. It’s about time same sex couples were granted the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples. Now if only the other 48 states in the US would follow suit.

Spice Girls to attend Their creator Simon Fuller’s wedding along with others

IT’S have a SPICE wedding day as the girls flew into San Francisco yesterday to be VIP guests at pop king SIMON FULLER’s nuptials.

Simon and interior designer Natalie Swanston will exchange vows today at California’s Napa Valley in front of the Spice Girls and a host of other stars, including LEONA LEWISand CLAUDIA SCHIFFER.

As well as tying the knot, Simon can raise his champagne glass to another happy event – just a week after being named the top British band manager of all time he has also now rewritten chart history.

He has 17 songs in Billboard magazine’s Hot 100 singles chart this week.

That breaks the previous record held by BEATLESmanager BRIAN EPSTEIN, who had 14 singles by the Fab Four in the chart at the same time in 1964.

All 17 of Simon’s Hot 100 hits are by artists who had their careers launched after competing on American Idol, which he masterminded.

But just how many Celebrity Soccer Six trophies does he have though, eh?

Joe Simpson is a friggin' genius. Not only does he sell photo rights of his daughter's wedding to People, but also of Jessica Simpson drunk as shit at the reception – which makes the cover. Awww. Ashlee's wedding really was a magical princess fairy tale dream come true. For Joe Simpson. Except that part where his little girl married some asshat, whats-his-name? Right, Chins Magoo.

People Magazine has posted the cover of their upcoming issue with the super expensive photos of Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson‘s “Fantasy Wedding!” and it’s not the interesting. Ashlee and Pete have their fringed-banged heads together and are smiling like any pose you would see of the two of them on the red carpet. Ashlee wears a simple white veil and pearl drop earrings and Pete has on a tux with a white bow tie and a black rose corsage.

The best part of the photo isn’t newlyweds Ashlee and Pete, but the embarrassed-looking bulldog wearing a flouncy neck piece adorned with black beads. Jessica Simpson and her maybe ex-boyfriend, Tony Romo, are shown in an inset photo dancing at the reception, with Jessica pulling a wide-mouthed face while Tony laughs.

People reports that the reception was “the ultimate rocker event” and included 10,000 “black magic” roses, chandeliers and red and black decorations.

Ashlee wore “an ivory lace Monique Lhuillier gown and a cathedral-length veil” andPeople notes that the “nondenominational ceremony [was] officiated by her father, Joe Simpson.”

The event was attended by 150 guests, but you get to see it in People for the price of the magazine. It’s doubtful this issue will sell well enough to justify the reported $1 million that the photos were said to have cost. There’s not a lot of interest in these two, but we’re sure to see more of them as Ashlee’s pregnancy starts to show and they sell the inevitable first baby photos for an even steeper price.

The couple quietly wed Monday, says her rep, Brad Cafarelli.
Alba, 27, is expecting a daughter with Warren, 31, this summer. The couple met while filming Fantastic Four and were engaged last December.

Quietly wed, huh? So does that mean no one talks through the whole service? Because that I like. And, shit, why stop there? How about no talking for the entire marriage? Ellen DeGeneres marries her long time girlfriend Portia de Rossi

Now that California has legalized marriage for the Gays, Ellen DeGeneres is planning to make an honest woman out of longtime love Portia de Rossi. During a Thursday afternoon taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the popular talk show host reportedly announced that she and actress de Rossi will soon walk down the aisle thanks to that the California Supreme Court’s lift on the State’s Gay Marriage Ban.

A spy in the audience of this afternoon’s taping of the “[The] Ellen DeGeneres Show” tells us that after Ellen mentioned today’s California Supreme Court ruling striking down the state’s ban on gay marriage, she surprised everyone and announced that she was going to tie the knot with longtime girlfriend, actress Portia de Rossi.

Portia was in the crowd and after she made the announcement, the studio audience went wild, giving the two a huge standing O.

Mariah Carey , Nick Canon secret wedding photos

Mimi and Nick Cannon's wedding pictures are in the new issue of People Magazine. Mimi looks like she's eyeing the buffet and Nick is smiling, because he just won the lottery. Sigh. Hopefully, Mimi will give People exclusive rights to her divorce pictures in a couple of months.

Mimi told the mag that she feels Nick is her "soulmate." Nick said, "I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me. She is beautiful on the outside and 10 times as beautiful on the inside." She's very beautiful on the inside because she's filled with donuts, cupcakes and candy! Those are all beautiful and delicious things.

The cover should have said, "Mimi is DICKMATIZED." I hope that dick is making her slap somebody, because this mess is not going to end well.

On Saturday IVANA TRUMP will walk down the aisle to wed her Italian actor beau,ROSSANO RUBICONDI and “The Insider” has all the extravagant wedding details — straight from the bride-to-be herself!

Ivana and Rossano’s friends from all around the world are flying in for the nuptials, taking place at her ex-husband DONALD‘s posh Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. Also crossing the pond for the big day? A 24-piece orchestra from Paris, thousands of roses, a DJ from Europe and a cake from Germany!

Ivana admits that she is nervous but she has been keeping busy working around the clock for the last four days to make sure everything is just right.

“The Insider” also caught up with Ivana’s daughter, IVANKA, at Thursday night’s wedding celebration kickoff!

“We’ve lended emotional support,” she says of her and her siblings’ involvement in the preparations. “She knows what she likes, she knows what she wants, she has it down pat!”

Ivanka also talks about what she and her brothers plan to say on their mom’s big day. “It’s going be a little off the cuff,” she admits. “We know how to do this type of thing. We will speak from the heart.” Watch tonight’s “Insider” for a sneak peek at the lavish “I do’s”!
